Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store sales and performance. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to a positive and welcoming retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide accurate product information, including features, offers, and policies
• Answer customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability
• Encourage product trials and assist customers in making purchase decisions
• Ensure visual merchandising is maintained as per brand guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Handle billing, inventory, and other store transactions
• Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively and escalate when required
• Guide and support junior or new team members
• Ensure safety of customers, colleagues, store assets, and inventory
• Support day-to-day store operations as required

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred experience in sportswear, sports, or footwear brands)
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and KPIs
• Good customer interaction and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory stocking and control procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
