About the Role

BuildingSteps is looking for motivated Sales & Outreach Associates to join our team. This role is ideal

for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and developing real-world

sales skills. You will engage with architects, contractors, and construction professionals, respond to

enquiries, nurture relationships, and help convert leads into clients. We are looking for individuals with a

go-getter attitude, strong communication skills, and the initiative to take ownership of conversations and

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Outreach

● Make outbound calls to architects, contractors, and construction professionals from our database

● Introduce BuildingSteps’ services and explain the value we offer

● Follow up consistently with potential clients to build interest and trust

● Meet potential clients in person when required to present the platform and help close deals

Relationship Building & Customer Service

● Build strong and professional relationships with architects, contractors, and clients

● Act as a primary point of contact for customers and ensure they feel supported and valued

● Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels

● Understand client needs and guide them toward the right solutions

● Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture long-term relationships

● Maintain and update client databases with accurate records of leads, conversations, and

follow-ups

● Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team

WhatsApp, Social Media & Digital Outreach

● Respond to enquiries received via WhatsApp and digital channels

● Create and send WhatsApp broadcast messages and updates to potential clients

● Draft short sales messages, outreach copy, and basic social media posts

● Use AI tools to assist with messaging, research, outreach campaigns, and productivity

Skills & Qualifications

Education

● BBA, Hospitality, B.Com, or related degrees preferred

● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

● Fluent in English and Kannada

● Clear and confident communication skills

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

● Basic copywriting skills for sales messages and social media

● Ability to use AI tools for communication, research, and productivity

● Organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations

● Go-getter attitude with interest in sales
