Job Description

Role: Sales Coordinators / Senior Sales Coordinator

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore (100% Office-Based / No Field Work / Non Technical)

Product: Electrical Wires & Cables


About the Role: We are a leading electrical distribution company seeking experienced inside sales professionals to manage our B2B & B2C outreach. Your primary objective will be connecting with Bangalore's top builders, MEP contractors, and civil engineers to secure material requirements for upcoming projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently research and source high-quality B2B, B2C leads by identifying upcoming construction projects across Bangalore.
  • Proactively reach out to construction firms and engineering companies to introduce our wholesale supply capabilities. Make daily outbound calls to Bangalore builders, civil engineers, electrical contractors and retail.
  • Professionally navigate corporate structures to connect directly with key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Project Managers, and Site Engineers, End Users).
  • Request and secure the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ) via WhatsApp or formal email, and coordinate with senior management for final pricing, negotiate commercial terms,and successfully close the sales orders.


Positions Available:

1. Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive: Requires 1+ years of corporate calling or B2B , B2C sales experience. You must be highly capable of sourcing your own leads, securing material requirements, and closing deals over the phone.


2. Senior Sales Coordinator: Requires extensive B2B, B2C sales experience. You will manage and close your own pipeline of key accounts, while also overseeing, tracking, and mentoring the sales team to ensure daily targets are met.


Requirements & Compensation:

  • Languages: Fluency in any language (English, Kannada, Hindi)
