Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our expanding team at The Unique Story. If you are passionate about design, enjoy building meaningful client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting our interior design and turnkey project execution services
• Generating and nurturing new business opportunities
• Strengthening client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives
• Supporting both on-ground and digital brand activities
• Conducting field visits and collaborating closely with our design & operations teams

This role blends creative marketing, client interaction, and business development, offering you an exciting platform to grow along with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and build brand awareness
• Engage with prospective clients and real estate partners to generate leads
• Manage digital campaigns, content, social media, and SEO in collaboration with the design and content team
• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and collaborations with lifestyle and real estate partners
• Handle client inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and support the sales pipeline
• Track and report performance of marketing initiatives and ROI metrics
• Assist in the development of pitch presentations and marketing collateral
• Maintain CRM and follow-up systems to ensure smooth client communication

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for design and aesthetics
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
