     Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Type: Part-time Work from Home

Working Duration: 11 to 6 pm between

Salary : 8 k to 10 k per month

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales for both our Diploma Courses in Fire & Safety and Corporate Safety Training Programs. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the education sector and should be well-versed in developing sales and marketing strategies that attract students and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase student enrollments for diploma courses and acquire corporate clients for safety training.
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, social media, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Engage with prospective students, parents, and HR/training managers of companies to explain course benefits, certifications, and training programs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up to convert them into admissions and training deals.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Marketing and Branding


  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and paid ads to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create brochures, flyers, social media posts, and video content.
  • Plan and participate in education fairs, corporate networking events, and industry expos to promote The SafeTalk Academy.
  • Optimize the academy’s website and social media pages to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Implement SEO strategies and manage online listings to rank higher in search results for fire & safety courses and corporate training.



Relationship Management & Partnerships


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and L&D departments of corporate companies to promote customized safety training.
  • Collaborate with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish referral partnerships.
  • Develop and nurture B2B relationships for long-term training contracts with corporate clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent client relationship management.


Market Research & Reporting


  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential target audiences.
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Suggest and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead in the education and safety training industry.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, digital marketing, and corporate B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Passion for safety education and training is an added advantage.
