About Ospira Tech
Ospira Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an AI-driven ParentTech platform helping parents deeply understand adolescents (11–20 years) using modern psychology, behavioral science, and data intelligence.
We partner with Psychologists, Career Counselors, Educators, and Parent Leaders to build a trusted Parenting Partner Network across India and globally.
This role is for someone who loves people, conversations, persuasion, and impact — and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Role Overview
As a Field Sales & Partnerships Lead, you will be the face of Ospira on the ground.
Your mission is to identify, engage, educate, and convert professionals into Ospira Parenting Partners.
You will work directly with the Founder, helping build a strong national and international sales pipeline.
This is not a desk job.
This is a conversation-driven, relationship-first, high-energy sales role.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Partner Acquisition
Conduct in-person & virtual meetings to explain Ospira’s Parenting Partner Program
Pitch Ospira’s AI-powered psychology reports & parenting solutions
Convert interested professionals into paid Parenting Partners
🔹 Pipeline & Relationship Building
Build and manage a strong, structured sales pipeline
Follow up, nurture leads, and close partnerships
Maintain long-term relationships with partners
🔹 Founder Collaboration
Work closely with the Founder on pitch refinement, objections, and strategy
Give real-world feedback to improve sales scripts and offerings
🔹 Field & Community Outreach
Visit clinics, coaching centers, schools, societies, and education hubs
Attend seminars, workshops, meetups, and networking events
