Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to potential customers from provided leads or inquiries.
• Engage with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
• Suggest suitable real estate projects from our portfolio that match customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and site visit teams to convert leads into successful closures.
• Provide detailed project information, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and listening skills.
• Good knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
