Cogniwell Pharmaceuticals is a growing pharmaceutical marketing and distribution company with a presence across multiple Indian states. We are currently expanding our domestic and digital outreach and are looking for energetic freshers to join our marketing support team.

Role Overview

This is an office-based role focused on:

• Digital marketing execution
• Online customer interaction
• Distributor communication support
• Lead follow-up
• Social media content coordination

The candidate will work directly under senior management and gain exposure to real-time business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1)  Digital Marketing Support

·      Assist in managing company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

·      Upload posts, product creatives, promotional materials

·      Coordinate with designer/content team (if applicable)

·      Maintain digital campaign tracking sheets

2)  Customer Interaction & Communication

·      Handle WhatsApp Business communication

·      Respond to distributor / stockist enquiries

·      Maintain email correspondence professionally

·      Follow up on leads and enquiries

3)  CRM & Data Management

·      Maintain Excel sheets of:

o  Leads

o  Enquiries

o  Follow-ups

o  Customer database

·      Track response timelines

4)  Marketing Coordination

·      Assist in sending product brochures and price lists

·      Support tele-calling campaigns (if required)

·      Coordinate with field sales team

Required Skills

• Good spoken and written English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable with MS Excel
• Familiarity with Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp
• Professional communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented

Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on capability)
