Job Summary
· We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, CSR, or Education-related fields. The candidate will be responsible for handling both inside sales and field operations, communicating with corporate and government sectors, and preparing business proposals for partnerships and CSR initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
· Handle inside sales activities including lead generation, client follow-ups, and pipeline management.
· Conduct field visits to meet clients, corporates, and government officials for business development.
· Identify and pursue CSR opportunities in the education and skill development sectors.
· Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients and partners.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, government departments, and educational institutions.
· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
· Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
· Desired Candidate Profile
· Any graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, CSR, or Education sector.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language preferred).
· Experience in preparing business proposals and client presentations.
· Ability to handle both office-based (inside sales) and field-based work.
· Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
· Confident, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
