Job Description

Sales Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell uPVC windows, doors, profiles, and accessories to residential, commercial, and project-based clients
  • Identify new customers, architects, builders, contractors, and developers
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
  • Work with digital marketing teams on online campaigns, social media, and lead generation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Support branding and advertising initiatives

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with production and installation teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  • Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in uPVC, building materials, construction, or fenestration industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of uPVC products, measurements, and installation processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Skills & CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Market analysis and lead generation skills
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
