Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate business by visiting customers in assigned territories. The role involves meeting clients, promoting products/services, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-field activities.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas.
• Promote and sell company products/services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Negotiate prices, close sales, and collect orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily sales visit reports and update CRM records.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Requirements: Experience in field sales preferred (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
• Target-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile reporting tools.
