Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager - Technical to bridge the gap between our innovative product range in Plumbing, HVAC, Gas, and Fire Fighting Systems.

The primary focus of this role is to deeply understand our products, facilitate strategic meetings with builders, consultants, contractors and other industry professionals to secure brand approvals, gather market insights, and drive product adoption.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and professional representation to effectively market our solutions in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including Plumbing, HVAC, Gas, and Fire Fighting Systems to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications.

Identify and schedule meetings with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and other relevant stakeholders to promote brand approval, discuss project specifications, and collect feedback on market needs and trends.

Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Office tools, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel for data management, tracking leads, analyzing market data, and generating reports.

Interpret building drawings and blueprints to assess compatibility with our products and provide technical recommendations during stakeholder interactions.

Act as a professional ambassador for the company, delivering presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to market products and build long-term partnerships.

Monitor industry developments in your region to inform product strategies and identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.

Track project timelines, approvals, and outcomes, ensuring all activities align with company objectives and compliance standards.


Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, gas, and fire systems, including installation, maintenance, and regulatory standards specific to the Indian market (e.g., BIS, NBC guidelines).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting products technical specifications.

Advanced skills in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present professionally to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Willingness to travel within region for meetings and site visits.
