Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with breaks)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with purchases and respond to their queries

- Maintain knowledge of products and services

- Operate computer and manage sales transactions accurately

- Prepare documentation and reports as needed

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 1+ year of retail sales experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic computer skills and accuracy with sales transactions

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Working Hours:

- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

- Sunday is a day off

- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Note: Handling cash is not a requirement for this role. However, the candidate should be comfortable operating a computer and managing sales transactions accurately. Additionally, the candidate should be flexible with their timing and able to prepare documentation and reports as needed.
