Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, offer product information, provide recommendations, and resolve complaints.
- Sales & Promotion: Meet sales targets, promote loyalty programs, up-sell/cross-sell related products, and inform customers about sales and promotions.
- Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, create displays, and assist with inventory.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and current inventory.
