Provide detailed product information and personalised recommendations to potential buyers.

Upsell or cross-sell related products to increase average order value.

Process incoming orders through the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento).

Verify payment details, shipping addresses, and inventory availability.

Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.

Generate shipping labels and provide customers with tracking updates.
