Experience : Candidates must intrested or must have experience in B2C & B2B sales or Industrial Sales or similar products.

We are looking for 1. Sales Associates 2. Senior Sales 3. BDE (Business Development Executive) distribution in Bangalore city. They are responsible for lead generation, business development, order acquisition & Sales Development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To generate the enquiries from the End users, Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, OEMs and panel builders
• Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
• To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
• To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all times.
• Manage customer interactions via phone calls, emails and direct meeting
• To develop new dealers/ create sub dealers network in the area/ region to enhance sale.
• To handle the Distributor team, dealers i.e. Stock management, Payment Collection etc.
• Technical Discussion, Commercial Negotiation, and close the order under the Technical and Commercial policy of the company
• Achieving the targeted business figure
• Timely order booking and the execution of the orders
• To support and motivate the team to generate business
• To travel to customer/ dealer location (BANGALORE ONLY)
