Role Overview

Lenskart is hiring Store Sales Associates for in-store retail roles. You will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, recommending eyewear products, and driving store sales while maintaining brand service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers on the sales floor

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers

Drive sales conversion and achieve assigned targets

Maintain product display, store hygiene, and visual standards

Support POS billing and daily store operations

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Good and fluent English communication preferred

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Customer-friendly attitude with a sales mindset

Willingness to work in flexible shifts

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Final salary based on experience & interview performance)
