Job Description

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 5–10 Years

💰 Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 (Net Take Home)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, corporate visits, and referrals.
  • Handle B2B sales inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
  • Present our furniture and interior product portfolio to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.

Client & Vendor Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Meet with architects, hotel management, restaurant owners, builders, and corporate clients to generate business.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product discussions to promote company offerings.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation.

Operations & Coordination

  • Prepare and share order quotations, BOQs, and sample proposals with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with marketing, design, and production teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within TAT (Turn Around Time).

Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
  • Track competitor activities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.



🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the furniture/interior industry.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, convert clients, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle clients and vendors confidently and independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client and vendor meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of the furniture production process is an added advantage.
