Job Description
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 (Net Take Home)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, corporate visits, and referrals.
- Handle B2B sales inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
- Present our furniture and interior product portfolio to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.
Client & Vendor Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet with architects, hotel management, restaurant owners, builders, and corporate clients to generate business.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product discussions to promote company offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation.
Operations & Coordination
- Prepare and share order quotations, BOQs, and sample proposals with clients and vendors.
- Ensure smooth coordination with marketing, design, and production teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within TAT (Turn Around Time).
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Track competitor activities and stay updated on market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the furniture/interior industry.
- Strong ability to generate leads, convert clients, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle clients and vendors confidently and independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and vendor meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of the furniture production process is an added advantage.
