Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary : The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. The role is essential for improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities : Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics/operations
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales team, and internal departments
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and inventory coordination
