Job Description

Role OverviewThe Sales Coordinator will support and enable the sales operations by generating leads, coordinating with IT resellers, tracking team KPIs, maintaining MIS, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the logistics team for stock availability and shipments. This role is essential for accelerating closures and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales SupportGenerate qualified leads from IT resellers, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Follow up on inbound/outbound leads and schedule sales meetings.
  • Assist with preparing quotations, checking stock, pricing updates, and follow-ups to drive closures.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and funnel updates in CRM/MIS.
  • 2. Sales Coordination with IT ResellersCoordinate with partners regarding pricing, product availability, offers, and promotions.
  • Share updates on product launches, stock status, and deal registration processes.
  • Support sales managers to convert leads into purchase orders and achieve targets.
  • 3. KPI Tracking & ReportingTrack daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the sales team including:

  • Lead generation count
  • Lead-to-closure progress
  • Pipeline updates
  • Sales targets vs achievements
  • Prepare and share dashboards for management review.
  • 4. MIS & DocumentationMaintain complete MIS for leads, quotes, orders, dispatches, and partner interactions.
  • Create performance summaries, stock trackers, and sales reports.
  • Manage documentation including POs, invoices, delivery challans, and shipment sheets.
  • 5. Logistics & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams on:

  • Stock availability
  • Intercity shipments
  • Dispatch timelines
  • Delivery tracking
  • Ensure timely updates to sales teams and partners on shipment status.
  • 6. Internal CoordinationWork closely with procurement, accounts, logistics, and sales team members.
  • Track escalations and ensure timely resolution of partner issues.
