Job Summary: Raja Nissan Bommanahalli is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about automobiles, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of converting showroom and digital leads into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nissan models
• Explain product features, variants, pricing, and finance options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain proper documentation and sales process compliance
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)

• 1–5 years experience in automobile or retail sales
• Strong communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / DMS systems)
• Valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred SkillsExperience in authorized dealership

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of automobile finance & insurance process
• Customer-focused approach
