·        Report to morning sales meeting

·        Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers

·        Intercept customers on the lot and in the sale room to better assist them

·        Offer to tour this years new vehicles and dealership amenities

·        Identify clients needs through interviewing

·        Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered

·        Assist qualified customers with test drives

·        Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction.
