Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Consultant who will consult real estate solutions for construction projects. The role involves client acquisition, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns
• Handle client inquiries and understand their construction requirements
• Conduct site visits and project presentations
• Explain package offerings, value propositions, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
• Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and handover processes
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any discipline (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend site visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate or construction sales is preferable.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and documentation process
• Experience working with brokers/channel partners
• Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
