Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. Should possess strong communication skills in English and any two regional languages Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to potential clients at the property providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients at the property.

2. Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

3. Contact potential clients through cold calling.

4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

5. Arrange meetings with prospective clients and assist them during property visits.

6. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales.

Requirements:

1. Female candidates only.

2.Fluent in English and proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Strong sales and customer service orientation.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Well-organized with attention to detail.
