š¹ Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role covering Pre-Sales and Sales Consulting, offering exposure from lead handling to site visits and closures.
You will be involved in:
- Lead qualification
- Client engagement
- Property pitching
- Site visit coordination
- Deal conversion
šÆ Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose)
- Pitch multiple real estate projects based on client needs
- Follow up systematically until the āPlanning to Visitā stage
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM
Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Take Over qualified leads from pre-sales
- Arrange and manage site visits
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams

- 0ā5 years experience in sales, pre-sales, or real estate
- Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred)

- Comfortable with phone calls and client meetings
- Willing to learn real estate sales systems and processes
