Job Title: Sales Consultant – Showroom

Location: Marathahalli, Hosur road - Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our showroom team at Raja Nissan, Marathahalli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Nissan vehicles, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nissan models.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options clearly.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and CRM systems.
  • Convert inquiries into sales while meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with documentation, loan processing, and delivery formalities.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Nissan products, competitors, and market trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and collect feedback post-delivery.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
