Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage customer communication, prepare job cards, send quotations, and coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams. The candidate must understand DELTA Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, RTDs & Thermocouples and work systematically using MS Excel & MS Word.

•Prepare and manage Job Cards accurately as per confirmed orders.

•Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

•Prepare and send quotations using company price list.

•Understand product specifications and pricing of DELTA instruments.

•Coordinate with Accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-up.

•Coordinate with Dispatch team for smooth order execution.

•Maintain order tracking sheets and quotation records in MS Excel.

•Draft professional emails and documentation in MS Word.

•Follow up on pending quotations and customer payments.
