Sales Coordinator Interior

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the sales team for client inquiries and project requirements.
2. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and cost estimates for interior projects.
3. Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and order confirmations.
4. Maintain client records, project details, and sales documentation.
5. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for project updates.
6. Assist in preparing BOQ, presentations, and project proposals.
7. Track project progress and update the sales team regularly.
8. Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, agreements, and invoices.
9. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.
10. Handle basic administrative work related to sales operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and client handling skills
• Basic knowledge of interior design / fit-out projects
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
