About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Bangalore. You’ll play a key role in driving outbound lead generation, building qualified sales pipelines, and shaping how we engage potential clients. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying business opportunities, and being at the forefront of a growing tech-driven company, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Execute targeted outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other omni-channel tactics to generate qualified leads.
Prospecting & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, engage them with our value proposition, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity information in the CRM - Fresh sales.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, outbound strategies, and competitor offerings to strengthen outreach quality.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2- 3 years in B2B inside sales or SDR roles, in the access control industry.
Tools Knowledge: Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Fresh Sales, Sales Navigator) and outreach tools.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to prospect, generate, and qualify leads independently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with confidence in pitching and objection handling.
Social Selling: Skilled in building rapport through platforms like LinkedIn and email outreach.
Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or automation platforms.
Experience in selling SaaS, IOT, or Access control solutions.
