Job Title: Sales Engineer – B2B (Electrical Products)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month + applicable local expenses
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development with B2B Focus
- Lead Management - Identify sites in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and EPC segments.
- Drive sales of energy meters, smart meters, and BMS solutions.
- Complete funnel management - Engage with decision makers including Electrical Consultants, Contractors, and maintenance managers.
- Appointment - He would be responsible for appointing Dealers and Panel Builders in the Market.
- 2. Meter and BMS solution Selling
- He will conduct meetings for technical presentations and product demonstrations to Electrical Consultants, Contractors, and maintenance managers.
- Recommend appropriate metering/BMS solutions.
- Commercial proposals, Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close orders with the help of client team.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B accounts including Electrical Consultants, Contractors, and maintenance managers.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
5. Market Expansion
- Conduction with Dealer and Panel Builder Buy in.
- Co-ordination with the supplies with the logistic team.
The candidate profile would include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Electrical– B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering).
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical or allied industry products.
- Strong techno acumen, given the nature of large enterprise client handling.
Compensation & Commercial Terms:
- Monthly Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000
- Reimbursement of applicable local expenses
