Sales Engineer

We are hiring high-energy Sales Engineers who want to build a serious career in HVAC project sales.

This role is for people who enjoy chasing targets, meeting consultants & builders, and closing high-value HVAC deals.

This is not a desk job — this is field sales + technical selling.

What You Will Do

• Generate business from builders, hospitals, IT parks, hotels, malls, factories & consultants
• Pitch Split ACs, VRF, AHU, Chillers, Ducting & Turnkey HVAC solutions
• Create and manage your own lead pipeline
• Visit 10–15 customer sites per week
• Convert inquiries into orders and repeat business
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and negotiate pricing
• Track competitors and market trends
• Work closely with design & project teams to close deals
