Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator
Company: Mukta Instruments
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
1️⃣ Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator to drive sales and business growth for industrial inspection and safety equipment including Video Borescopes, Pipeline Inspection Camera Systems, NDT Instruments, Gas Detectors, and Air Quality Monitoring Systems.
This role is target-driven and performance-linked, suitable for candidates who are technically sound and motivated to earn through incentives.
2️⃣ Experience & Qualification
* Experience: 4–5 years in industrial sales / service sales
* Education:
* E&I Engineering OR
* E&C Engineering
* Gender: Male / Female
3️⃣ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Participate actively in sales of:
* Industrial Video Borescopes
* Pipeline Inspection Camera Systems
* NDT Instruments
* Gas Detectors
* Air Quality Monitors
* Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Add new customers and increase installed base in assigned territory
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries
* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
* Travel to potential and existing customers for meetings, demos, and proposals
Customer & Channel Management
* Handle existing channel partners and develop new channel partners in key business areas
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Maximize customer face time and engagement across the customer value chain
* Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Service & Coordination
* Respond to in-house customer queries and coordinate field service support
* Support service-related sales opportunities and AMC / spares business
* Be accountable for sales performance and basic profitability in the assigned region
4️⃣ Reporting & Discipline
* Daily activity reporting
* Weekly sales pipeline and follow-up report
* Monthly target vs achievement report
* All customer data, leads, and contacts remain company property
5️⃣ Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication skills
* High level of honesty and integrity
* Technical understanding of industrial instruments
* Willingness to travel
* Result-oriented mindset
6️⃣ Language Requirements
* Kannada – Reading & Writing
* English – Reading & Writing
* Hindi – Reading & Writing
7️⃣ Compensation
* Fixed Salary: As per industry standards
* Incentives: Performance-based, as detailed in offer letter
