Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage incoming leads and handle day-to-day office operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth internal operations related to lubrication desiccant breather products.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Coordination

Handle incoming leads from phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and other channels.

Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or lead-tracking systems.

Follow up with potential customers to understand requirements and provide basic product information.

Coordinate with the sales team for pricing, quotations, and order closure.

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.

Sales & Order Support

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documents.

Assist in order processing and coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery.

Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and customer data.

Office & Operational Management

Handle routine office operations including documentation, filing, and data entry.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers when required.

Track inventory levels of lubrication desiccant breathers and inform management about replenishment needs.

Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and accounts teams.

Support management with reports, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in lead management, sales coordination, or office operations.

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Basic understanding of industrial products or mechanical components is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with B2B customers or industrial clients.

Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP software.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
