Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the South region. You will identify new customers, manage channel partners, and close deals across hospitality, ISP, enterprise, and education sectors. This is a field sales role with monthly targets and direct impact on company revenue.
What You'll Do
• Find and approach new customers – hotels, ISPs, corporates, hospitals, colleges
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors
• Visit potential clients regularly and present 24online solutions
• Prepare proposals and follow up until deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect payments on time and maintain healthy accounts
• Report on market trends, competition, and customer feedback
• Represent 24online at industry events and trade shows when needed
What We're Looking For
• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (networking, WiFi, IT solutions preferred)
• Understanding of internet bandwidth, wireless networks, or hospitality tech
• Experience with channel sales or working with distributors
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati)
• Self-driven with ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Graduate or post-graduate in any stream
Nice to Have
• Prior experience selling to hotels, ISPs, or IT departments
• Existing relationships with system integrators or distributors in the region
• Knowledge of captive portals, RADIUS, or bandwidth management solutions
Compensation
• Fixed CTC: ₹4.8L – ₹5.4L per annum (based on experience)
• Variable pay: 75:25 ratio, 100% linked to target achievement
• Standard hike of 20-25% on current package
Work Details
• Location: Field-based in Bangalore or Hyderabad
• Payroll: 24online, Kolkata
• Work style: Independent field sales with regular reporting
• Documents required: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card
