Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fresher

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Engineer – Fresher’s to join our Bengaluru area. The role involves promoting VRP Medgands’ medical devices to hospitals, clinicians, and biomedical departments, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the assigned territory.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in medical device sales and healthcare technology.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

•          Promote and sell VRP Medgands medical devices blood and fluid warmers to hospitals and healthcare institutions.

•          Identify new business opportunities through hospital visits, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.

•          Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

•          Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.

Customer Engagement

•          Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical and technical benefits to doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers.

•          Build and maintain long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders.

•          Address basic customer queries related to product usage, pricing, and delivery timelines.

•          Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

•          Update daily sales activities, hospital visits, and follow-ups in CRM

•          Prepare sales reports, visit summaries, and forecast data as required.

•          Ensure proper documentation for orders, demos, and customer communications.

Training & Compliance

•          Attend product training and sales skill development programs conducted by the company.

•          Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines applicable to medical devices.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

•          Any Degree (Interested In Medical Devices Sales)

Experience

•          Fresher’s are welcome

•          Internship or exposure to healthcare, hospitals, or medical devices is an added advantage


Skills & Competencies

•          Good communication and interpersonal skills

•          Willingness to travel

•          Basic understanding of sales concepts

•          Ability to learn technical and clinical aspects of medical devices

•          Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
