Job Description

Pavithra Toolings is a Bengaluru-based manufacturer specializing in springs (compression, extension, torsion), wire forms, CNC-machined parts, and stamping products. The company serves clients across automotive, healthcare, home appliances, electrical/electronics, and energy sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales of springs, wire forms, CNC components, and related tooling products to B2B clients.
  • New Business Development: Identify, outreach, and close new accounts; nurture leads in sectors such as automotive, healthcare, appliances, energy, and electronics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Technical Support & Custom Solutions: Understand customer specifications, coordinate with R&D/manufacturing teams to recommend or develop tailored solutions (e.g., material selection, machining, tolerances).
  • Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates; negotiate terms and finalize sales.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, quality, and engineering to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Track industry trends and competitor offerings to tactically position Pavithra Toolings’ strengths.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep CRM systems updated and report regularly on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts.

Essential Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years experience in technical or B2B sales within manufacturing-related industries.
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing processes—springs, CNC machining, tooling, metal forming.
  • Fluent in communication—able to articulate technical value propositions effectively.
  • Field experience connecting with OEMs or supply chain stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with quotation systems, CRM tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Nice to Have Existing industry contacts in sectors like automotive, healthcare, or home appliances.
  • Experience negotiating large value contracts or managing tenders.
