About The Job

We are searching for a Sales/ Service Engineer to work closely with our Service team in a cross-functional

capacity. In this role, the candidate will explain, demonstrate, and promote the products to

potential customers and also source potential prospects. The candidate must have the ability to

develop a solid understanding of our customers ; operations, applications and needs and thus

inculcating Flowlines products into the customers; operations. The candidate shall be self-

starting, quick learning and adaptable.

Responsibilities

 Understand all the products in Flowline basket and how they fit into different industries.

 Communicate with with clients by email and phone while also visiting the customer site for

presentations.

 Learn about new products introduced by our parent company(s).

 The candidate shall learn to cost, make quotations and work with the customer pre and post

sales.

 Be the liason between the after sales team and the customer, and assist them whenever

required.

 The candidate shall be responsible for identifying new customers, consultants and resellers.

 Keep up to date on competitors’ products in the market and provide feedback and input to

product marketing on roadmap requirements and product direction.

 Should be willing to travel.

In addition we are also looking for a service coordinator. Basic functions will be liasoning with our engineers on site updates, interaction with customers when required, purchase /procurement of material.
