Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in the automation space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client meetings and business development in the industrial automation sector, traveling extensively across India and internationally for 20-22 days per month. This role requires strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, combined with excellent communication skills in English.

• Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients across India and international markets to promote industrial automation solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings with senior executives and decision-makers to pitch automation mandates and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful projects.
• Provide technical sales support, including product demonstrations and industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Qualifications & Skills:Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Communication: Strong command of English is mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to confidently interact with senior personnel and key stakeholders.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (20–22 days per month).
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales or business development (industrial automation preferred).
