Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in B2B field sales to manage and grow customer accounts in the assigned territory. The role involves client acquisition, field visits, lead conversion, order closure, and collections, along with maintaining strong customer relationships and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct 3-5 field customer visits daily
  • Manage existing accounts (75+) and develop new customers (25+)
  • Generate leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into orders
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Follow up on payments, collections, and dispatch coordination
  • Ensure 100% CRM updates and reporting compliance
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators / Internal Teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and relationship management
