Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in façade / aluminum / glazing works
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation processes
- Experience in tender preparation and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project estimations and BOQ for façade works
- Review drawings and prepare quantity take-offs using AutoCAD
- Assist in tender preparation and submission
- Coordinate with the sales and estimation team for project proposals
- Communicate with clients and consultants for technical clarifications
- Support project costing and pricing strategies
