Job Summary:Hometriangle is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Vendor Management Support Executives to support our growing marketplace. The role involves handling sales leads, coordinating with vendor partners, and ensuring smooth service delivery for customers.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Vendor Management Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with service vendors (contractors, partners)
- Assist in onboarding new vendors
- Assign leads to vendors and follow up on job status
- Resolve vendor and customer-related issues
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality
Operations & Support:
- Ensure timely communication between customers and vendors
- Track lead status, closures, and service completion
- Prepare basic sales and vendor performance reports
- Support internal teams for smooth operations
- Required Skills & Competencies:Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Vendor coordination and relationship management
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
