Job Summary:Hometriangle is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Vendor Management Support Executives to support our growing marketplace. The role involves handling sales leads, coordinating with vendor partners, and ensuring smooth service delivery for customers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Vendor Management Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with service vendors (contractors, partners)
  • Assist in onboarding new vendors
  • Assign leads to vendors and follow up on job status
  • Resolve vendor and customer-related issues
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality

Operations & Support:

  • Ensure timely communication between customers and vendors
  • Track lead status, closures, and service completion
  • Prepare basic sales and vendor performance reports
  • Support internal teams for smooth operations
  • Required Skills & Competencies:Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
  • Vendor coordination and relationship management
  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
