About the Role

We are hiring Campus Captains to act as the primary point of contact between our company and students/parents at [Partner School/College/Location].

As a Campus Captain, you will help educate families about our zero-cost EMI options for school/college fees and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Represent [Your Company Name] at the school/college campus

 Educate and guide parents/students on fee payment plans (e.g. EMIs)

 Assist families in completing onboarding steps (forms, documents, verification)

 Follow up regularly to ensure conversion and application completion

 Act as a local coordinator between the institution and internal teams (credit/ops)

 Build lasting relationships and maintain trust throughout the process

Requirements

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to people

 Organized and reliable in following up with leads

 Prior sales, marketing, or internship experience is a plus but not mandatory

 Proficient English communication skills
