Sales Executive

We are hiring Inside Sales / Cold Calling Executives for a full-time outbound calling role. This role is ideal for people who are confident on calls, can handle rejection, and want stable fixed pay + performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Make daily outbound calls to business owners using provided leads
• Pitch our product clearly using a simple, proven call script
• Qualify prospects and book demos / meetings
• Follow up with interested leads via call or WhatsApp
• Maintain basic call and lead updates in a tracker / CRM

Who should apply

• Comfortable speaking in English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
• Willing to do 50–80 outbound calls per day
• Can handle rejection and stay consistent
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, edtech, insurance, real estate, or B2B sales is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

⚠️ This is a hardcore calling role. Please apply only if you are comfortable with daily cold calls.

Compensation

1. Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
2. Variable incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance
3. Total earning potential: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month

Working hours: 10am - 7pm
