B2B Sales & Founder’s Associate at Earthen Story ( Organic Grocery Segment)

About Earthen Story

We are a fast-growing brand in the organic grocery/natural foods space with presence on all major ecom & qcom portals. We are looking for a smart, driven, high-ownership individual to build B2B sales vertical and assist the founder across day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

This is an On site role — a mix of structured B2B sales work and generalist tasks that support business growth. You will work from office/on-ground whenever meetings or execution tasks require it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage B2B clients — retailers, distributors, institutional buyers, cafes, export buyers
  • Conduct market visits / vendor conversations when required
  • Support in export-related conversations, documentation and coordination
  • Assist the founder with operational or administrative tasks (EA-style support)
  • Follow up with stakeholders, vendors, logistics partners, and customers
  • Prepare basic reports, proposals, and follow-ups for sales closures
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc business tasks that arise in a growing startup

Who We Are Looking For

  • Hardworking, high-ownership attitude, flexible and learning mindset
  • Comfortable talking to people (vendors, buyers, partners)
  • Street-smart with strong common sense and willingness to step out when needed
  • Comfortable using laptop, Excel/Doc, Sheets, and basic documentation tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a plus, not mandatory

Work Model: On-Site

Compensation: Fixed of 25,000 per month and performance linked incentive of 5000-15,000 on target achievement
