  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
  • Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and ensure consistent achievement through market analysis and performance tracking.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams; conduct regular reviews to enhance productivity and close rates.
  • Client & Business Development:
  • Build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Management & Reporting:
  • Oversee lead generation, CRM utilization, and pipeline tracking; prepare forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analyses.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration:
  • Drive pricing strategies, negotiate key deals, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance for business alignment.
