Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive credit card sourcing through direct field activities: tech parks, residential clusters, retail outlets, and corporate activations.


Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for applications, approvals, and activations.


Educate potential customers on Gokiwi’s card features (RuPay on UPI, benefits, rewards).


Guide customers through the application and KYC process, ensuring accurate documentation.


Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize approval-to-activation ratio.


Represent the Gokiwi brand with professionalism and high energy.


Capture and share field intelligence (competitor offers, customer feedback, location dynamics).


Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, bank/LSP policies, and data security norms.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Applications sourced per day/week/month


Approval rate (%)


Card activations (POS/UPI linkage within 7 days)


Quality of documentation (KYC rejection rate ≤ defined threshold)


Attendance and productivity (geo-verified, daily reporting)


Desired Profile

Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).


Experience: 0–2 years in field sales; BFSI/telecom/consumer sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
