Sales Executive

Job Title:

Interview mode: Walk-in-Interview location: Jasma Bhavan Road

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Desired Candidate Profile: 2-Wheeler is required as the work requires client meets.

This role requires travelling in twice a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

* End-to-end sales new properties through leads assigned in CRM

* Calling cold leads and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

* Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures

* Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

* Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage

* Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

* Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

* A graduate from any discipline is preferred

* 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
