JP Nagar / Jayanagar / Banashankari / Bannerghatta Road / Kothanur / Kanakapura Road or nearby areas.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

🔹 Position Overview

We are hiring a confident and well-spoken Business Development Executives / Backend Executive to join our Visa Consulting Services team.

The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mind-set, and the ability to handle enquiries professionally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa enquiries and client follow-ups

• Provide accurate information regarding visa processes, documentation, and eligibility

• Maintain and update client information in CRM

• Assist the sales team with lead conversions and appointment scheduling

• Coordinate with clients regarding documents, timelines, and service progress

• Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and support administrative tasks

• Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain high conversion rates

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates below 35 years (mandatory)

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

• Additional languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu are an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided)

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to multitask, follows processes, and work towards targets
