Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery items effectively.
- Provide detailed product information including purity, price, and design features.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their budget and occasion.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain display counters, cleanliness, and stock presentation.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.
- Maintain daily sales reports and inventory records.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Requirements & SkillsProven experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading, and jewellery designs (added advantage).
- Presentable appearance and polite attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
