Shift Details:

• 24/7 Rotational Shift

• Rotational Week Off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher and Experienced both can apply

• Excellent English communication skills

• English & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong customer handling and convincing skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries related to banking products and services

• Assisting customers with account-related concerns

• Explaining product features, benefits, and services

• Maintaining service quality and achieving performance targets

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

   • Salary: ₹23,000 CTC.* Take-home salary: ₹22,500 + incentives.

* Training period: 45 days, during which the salary will be ₹15,000.

* Rotational shifts will be applicable.

* Rotational week off will be provided.

* Candidates must have Good Hindi and English communication skills.
